Structuring of real estate financing
One of the most important factors influencing the profitability of real estate projects is the financing structure. Here it is particularly important that the most suitable financing programmes (e.g. KfW financing) are used for the respective project and that the decisive parameters of the financing are adapted to the individual needs of the investor.
